Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery time is 4 to 11 business days.

Processing time is 0 to 2 business days.
This includes preparing, packing, and dispatching your order.

Transit time is 4 to 8 business days. This is the time required by the carrier to deliver your package.

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (CEST) will be processed starting the next business day.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or busy periods.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (CEST) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of size or weight. There are no additional shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package until delivery.

Missing Orders

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@aureliowear.com.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors or your local pickup point.

Aurelio Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Origin

We ship our products directly from Asia. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining high quality standards.

Additional Information

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (BFPO/APO/FPO). During peak periods such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
