This website is operated by Aurelio Wear, a company based in the Netherlands. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website and to all purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Product Information
Our products are shipped directly from suppliers, primarily located outside the EU (for example in Asia). We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, minor differences in color, size, or packaging may occur due to production or batch variations. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product.
Pricing and Transparency
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, import duties, customs fees, and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. You will never pay more than the amount shown at checkout. No hidden fees. No surprises upon delivery. In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance The agreement is only finalized once the products have been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel an order prior to shipment in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or technical problems.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is received.
Shipping location
Our products are shipped directly from external partners outside the EU, usually from Asia. You will not be charged any additional import duties or customs fees.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs or logistics.
Total delivery time from order
On average, 4 to 11 business days.
Tracking and carriers
Where available, you will receive a tracking number via email. We work with both international and local carriers.
Split shipments
If you order multiple items, your order may be delivered in separate packages.
Conditions
Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Hygiene products, custom-made, or personalized items are excluded.
Return Address
Returns are processed at a location outside the EU. Please contact us to receive the correct return address and further instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item or valid proof of shipment. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Report defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items within 7 days of receipt via email, including clear photos. After confirmation, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Payment and Security
We accept secure payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other common payment options. All transactions are processed through secure SSL connections. We do not store any card details.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation issues, strikes, natural disasters, or customs delays.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Misuse of Pricing or Technical Errors
If an order is placed as a result of intentionally exploiting a technical error, bug, or pricing discrepancy on our website, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel the order unilaterally.
In cases where products or services are obtained at a price significantly lower than the regular price, we may adjust the quantity or value of the delivered products to reflect standard pricing.
